2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Electrical Ghost

Gauges, windows, I hear clicking in
passenger door like a switch is going on and
off continuously.  Gauges stopping working,
interior lights go bright/dim intermittently.  
When dim gauges work, when bright they
dont. Same for windows.
