Won't stay running until the car warms up

Asked by Guru949QKX Sep 05, 2020 at 05:11 PM about the 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.5L LX FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I start my 2004 Hyundai santa fe 3.5l for the first time, more than six to
eight hours, it won't idel and stalls.  After the temperature gauge comes up to
center the car runs fine.  I have replaced the engine coolant temperature sensor,
cleaned the throttle body.  The car has 235k miles.

I put Lucas gas treat me into the fuel, ran a tank of the next higher octane fuel and changed the engine coolant temperature sensor. Runs great now
