Talk to the dealer that is selling the car and offer what you think is fair and what you can afford. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD MECHAINC LOOK OVER THE CAR AND DO A CAR FAX BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING A FEW DOLLARS WILL SAVE YOU A HUGE HEADACHE DOWN THE ROAD.
