There is a noise coming from my bag wheel hubs
on my truck like a screetching sound and I don't
know what is causing this. Can someone plz
answer me asap

sometimes as simple as a rock caught up in there, been on any gravel roads before or when it started other wise answer on is correct on what we call squeal tabs for brakes.
