92 gmc won't crank at all?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just did a motor swap. I have double and triple
checked all connections. Battery is good,lights
radio and ac all work hit the key and nothing.
Starter tested good alternator is good all grounds a
re on but no crank at all. Suggestions?  TIA

batt terminals are tight ? You used a multi tester to check all those connections and power is getting to the starter solenoid when you hit the key ? By cranking you mean the engine does not turn over ?, Do a voltage drop test from batt to starter , Your not in the matrix are you ?

Motor turns over by hand with spark plugs removed ? replacement motor is good ? Is there a solid click at the starter ?

Motor turned freely no drop in voltage no click at stater. Starter worked perfectly when I bench tested
