Rear window defroster

Question type: General

The rear window defroster only works on 2 lines from the tab. I checked the
voltage on the driver side and it read about 15 volts. Checked voltage on
passenger side and it dropped to .25 volts. What could cause this and does this
affect how the rest of grid works? What could I do to fix this problem.

They sell rear window repair kits on Amazon, at Auto Zone, O'Reillys auto parts and many others.
