why won't my tail lights work? all other lights work.

blinker lights work.  brake lights work.  fuses are ok.  headlights work.  changed light switch.  changed light bulbs.

I have the same problem right now with my 1989 Chrysler Labaron, I've changed the fuse that's not it in the last week I've had to change the brake light switch the headlight switch and now everything works my dash light my blinkers my brake lights but no front running lights & no tail lights! Please help me
