any other make/model/year
compatible?

2001-2007 dodge caravan,grand caravan, 2001-2007 chrysler town and country, 2001 plymouth voyager. All are the same vehicle. Don't try to replace it yourself as the windshield is part of the vehicle structural system. This is one thing that should be done by a trained glass guy!
