Front pipe exhaust

How do I get these bolts off The front pipe
to my exhaust. they don't look like any
normal socket will fit

That is not a bolt you can unscrew. That is pressed in. If the bolt broke off you will need to drill out the old one and use a regular bolt instead.

I'm also trying to take them out to put a regular ones in anyways those are to short for my new exhaust

To remove you could drill them. Heat the flange, Not the bolt and then bang on them. Odds are you will destroy the whole thing in process.
