dash tach and spedometer needles drop to o

The dash cluster needles drop to 0. At times warning lights come on dash and back up lights come on,
Understand this is not an isolated problem and ford has put out service bullitins on it but can not get any information from dealer to what the resolve is.

I purchased a 2005 Ford Five Hundred in 2008. It has 60,000 Miles on it, Im having with Dash Cluster. Nothing works in the cluster. If you have any information on it please send it to my email.

Be prepaired to spend $$$. I had to pay a 100.00 deductable, with my extended warranty....Every thing would just go crazy...lights ,speedo, tach, .. $900.00 for new dash.
