I have a 2002 Ford Explorer my rear left blinker is not working everytime I put the blinker on my reverse lights come on in flesh how can I fix this or what's wrong

You have a chaffed wire somewhere. Trace the wire from the offending tail light back until you find the problem.

I agree. Look for a bad ground. A lot of "crazy" electrical stuff is generally a bad (insufficient) ground. All of your vent controls are vacuum operated so check your hoses as best you can. Look for a air flow hose disconnected under the dash.

The ac vents work from a vacuum line under the hood. Chances are, one of the lines came off near the vacuum tank
