Make sure battery has a full charge and battery cables and connections all good? I always check multiple issues, have you? Engine cranking, you have spark at the plugs, gasoline engine? You have fuel injector pulse, engine cranking? If you missing everything, check for rpm signal? I haven't looked up info on your security system? Something to think about. Any applicable trouble codes? For control side of relay, right side in diagram, that bottom wire, the computer grounds that in order to energize relay. You can also see the inertia switch, something to check? good luck

What about ground? Do you have two grounds? You should have one that has somewhere near 5 volts, two grounds (one to you level gauge and one to your pump) and for 3 seconds you should get 12 volts.
