2004 ford expedition  relay#5 lost power totally feeding the trailer 7 pin plug
and climate control.  If i jump a wire from fuse 106 to relay #5 everything
works.
Where do I look upline to find the power source/feed?

to answer my own question, the feed for relay # 5 of the interior fuse box is fed through fuse number 13 (10 amp). I started pulling fuses at #1 and pulled each one checking them. I got to fuse #13 it was blown. I replaced it and rechecked the feed for relay #5. Problem solved. The dealer try saying it was one of the permanently mounted relays and I needed a new fuse panel. A simple fuse replacement took care of the issue and got me back on the road.

Be glad that it was just a fuse. Just the fuse panel alone is $400 plus installation which I am having to do on my Expedition.

Which one is relay 5? I'm having an issue with my power windows, radio, sunroof and rear quarter windows. Everything else seems to work fine. Was this the same issue you where having? Also I don't see a accessory relay in my truck it's missing.

Jon You will need to have your owner's manual handy. If you don't have one you can download it from differing sources (normally) for free. Relay #02 works the radio, moonroof, rear flip side windows, and power windows. It is powered by fuse #22 and circuit breaker #401. I found my issue by starting at fuse number one and physically removing each one as I checked them. You can check the relays by switching them from location to location as long as the item numbers on them are the same. (Unless you just want to go ahead and purchase new ones now). The fuse box and power distribution box could be a combined unit (2 in 1) depending on the year model. If the #22 fuse, relay #02, or circuit breaker are not the issue you may very well need a new fuse box.

Thanks for the info, The weird thing is im missing the delayed accessories relay. The spot is empty and it has been empty Since I bought my truck. Also one thing I noticed is sometimes when I open the doors the interior lights turn on and other times they don't. I feel like I got a short somewhere.
