heat in front of my trail blazer ext

My heat was working fine up front in my 05 chevy trailblazer ext then all at once in wouldnt come on at all up front but does in back, but when I was riding it came on out of no where a few different times but I cant get it to work now, what could this be maybe someone may of messed up a setting I dont know please help?

posibilities could be that it might not be pluged in the way or the motor is going out.but some times your feet could have kicked the plug loose so look on the passanger side under the glove box and see

It could be a loose plug but its most likely either the, blower motor, blower motor resistor or the climate control unit in the dash itself.
