Should put new lifters and push rods?

On my chevy silverado i took off the intake
manifold to repalce a gasket and thought if i
should change mu lifters and push rods now that i
have evering apart

Unless you had lifter problems before I would just put them back in the same order you took them out. I hope you kept track of what goes where.
