Stalling

Okay I've just recently put my motor in my 2000
Silverado 5.3 when I put it in gear and drive and
then I put on brakes it stalls and almost dies and it
only does it when I put on brakes and then drive I
have replaced all the sensors

Sounds like u have a vacuum leak on ur brake booster. Block the wheels and disconnect vacuum hose to booster and try it. Be careful because wuthout vacuum hose ur brake pedal will be hard to to stop vehicle. problem. If it doesn't stall, replace brake booster
