2001 Monte Carlo SS muffler suggestions for more bassy/louder noise?

I have a 2001 Monte Carlo SS and I was wondering if there was a muffler that
can make it sound more bassy/louder. The reason is that when I'm driving with
my friend his car is louder than mine. I want it to noticeable and distinct...if
there isn't something that can do that I'm ok with it.

Have a muffler shop swap out your muffler for an aftermarket one. I would look at a Flowmaster. They have many options for whatever sound you want and vehicle.
