There does show to be a parks lamp fuse in underhood fuse box. The fuse is hot all the time. I don't have picture of fuse box, maybe fuse box is labeled? Some headlamp switches have a dimmer control for interior lamps, if turned all the way down, it will turn out all interior lamps, including the dash lamps on some vehicles. Try rotating it, see if any change. Usually interior lamps, including dash work off a fuse. I know we been talking about fuses, but, could be other issues, wiring circuits--headlamp switch--whatever. I always check voltage and grounds, first.

Fuses would be the first thing to check. Then check the sockets with a test light.
