2004 chevy Malibu maxx

Fuel pump assembly, Computer PCM has been replaced and flashed. Fuel pump relay has been replaced with ignition on there is no power going to fuel pump. Why is there no power going to fuel pump when ignition is on?

Have you checked the wires. If your hot at the output of the relay and dead at the pump i'd ohm the wire out.
