That sounds like it is running way too rich. Maybe it has leaking fuel injectors.

Yes, possible leaking fuel injectors. You can take the air cleaner off and with the vehicle running, watch the fuel come out of the 2 injectors on the throttle body. The gas coming out should be a nice cone shape spray, no drips at all.
