fuel injectors

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have some off brand fuel injectors made by Lucas. I purchased them off ebay for $160. Not a bad deal. Inside the injectors there are little white things. I don't know if I should take them out or leave them in. They look like the ones posted in this picture. I feel dumb posting this now because I already installed them and I figure I need to find out. Thanks!

How about an arrow pointing to what you're talking about. I don't see anything out of the ordinary though.
