Is this a Timing problem?

Question type: General

I just had the starter and battery changed. Now the
engine while idle and running has a little problem.
The engine after a few minutes slow and revs back
up. Is this a timing issue. This happens more when
the a/c is on.

My Honda odyssey when the switch is on to drive I put it in reverse or drive and it’s making a buzzing noise
