86 Camaro Not Starting Still

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So recently I ave been having trouble starting my 86 Camaro. I tested the
starter Motor and Solenoid. I hit the starter motor with a hammer like
someone recently suggested. The battery is not dead either. It is a 2.8L with a
Manuel Transmission. If someone could give me a location of the starter relay
or an idea on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

ok .. so first is there power to the starter and starter solenoid ..both wires when you hit start??? before you get into the other things !
