i'm thinkin it must be able to withstand 32 psi going to the engine.

Fuel injection lines are made out of special material to be able to handle the pressure of up to 60 psi on some vehicles. Hacking into and monkeying around with these lines can create a serious safety and fire issue. Fix it correctly.

So if it don't seems like its getting enough pressure it's definitely that the fuel pump have to be replaced?
