Engaging 4wd in Isuzu elf 150

I have rented a Isuzu 150 ELF campervan for my
Newzealand holiday trip. The vehicle is a 4WD. I am not
sure how to engage 4WD high in  this vehicle. Can
someone help me with how to engage based on the
attached pictures.

On the front wheels turn the thing in the middle on to lock.press the middle button to the right of the steering wheel this will bring up a green symbol on the dash.leaving the lever on the left of the steering wheel puts you in high 4 wheel drive,pulling it down puts you in low 4 wheel drive.dont forget when you have finished to put the hubs on the front wheels back to free.
