Apparently unable to respond to buyers question.

I  have been forwarded two messages from Dennis about my Ford Van; and
have tried everything I have read on your site to answer him.  I just got the
second message and have attempted to answer again, but am unable to see
whether the message is sent or not!  Can you tell me what else I can do to reply
