Buyer wants to use own bank
Hello I met with a buyer yesterday and he wants to
use Chase. Do i just go through his bank or go
through cargurus and they can use chase? Im
upside down a little so I was just planning on going
out of pocket for that.

Depends on what you mean by using Chase. Make sure the check clears before he gets the car!

He mentioned he wanted to get the check from chase I was assuming finance because he said he paid of 1 of the 2 car he has. Im guessing so he wont have 3 loans. And how does the whole title transfer and registration work?
I would do the transfer at your lenders office. They will make sure everything is on the up and up and they can do the paperwork. Ask them what type of payment is acceptable. They can hold the title until the check clears.
