Best car to buy

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have a budget about 12,500 to 15,000 and know
absolutely nothing about cars. I typically like suvs  
but not too big of a car. Any suggestions on good
cars?

Best is largely a matter of opinion and your needs. A used Toyota might be what you want. Perhaps a RAV4 or a 4Runner.
