Dealers with 3 stars or less..

This isn't a question, its a statement. Ive recently been reading a lot of comments on dealerships, especially ones that have 3 stars or less. CARGURUS, If you have dealerships that have that many stars or less, those dealers should be removed from your website. Plain and Simple.

I'm sick of seeing dealers on here who's reviews mostly consist of people saying they were guaranteed a car to be in stock, but when they arrive, there are all kinds of excuses why the car isn't available, then they get pressured into looking at other vehicles. I just read one with 40 reviews where everyone literally said the same thing about this specific dealer where they flat out lie to get you on the lot. They had a 3 star. Why are dealers like this allowed to continually post what they have on your website, CARGURUS? It's obvious they are frauds. So why should they be allowed to use this platform? It makes me question using this site anymore and I'm sure many people that use this site share the same feeling. If you can't get rid of them, at least develop some sort of badge that gets posted next to the dealer rating that says "Bad Dealer" if it dips to 3.5 stars or lower or even make those stars in RED, even though I believe it should get posted next to anything under 4 stars as I WOULD NEVER BUY anything from a dealer under 4 stars. It's bad business, coming from a business owner myself.

Another thing I suggest, we should be able to filter out dealers by their rating.
