The truck I want is in Boise, ID, but I live 700+ miles away in Arizona, so how do
I arrange a day & time to fly up and see the truck? Also, if I like the truck and
want to buy it, can the transaction be completed in a couple hours so I can start
driving it home that day?

Ask your personal assistant to buy your tickets and rearrange your schedule so that you can go see it. Have the assistant fly up ahead of you to pre inspect the car and start the paper work.
