How do I stop Car Gurus from sending me emails on new listings?

I keep getting emails on a saved search. I already bought a car. How do I stop
the emails?

If you go into your account you can find the saved search and delete it.

How do I delete it? I can see them, but I see no option to delete them. When I click on it, it just runs the search.
