Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Hello,
In an attempt to sell the car my Mother was selling to me (was making payments and wanted to sell it to
pay the rest off and gain a couple extra dollars – which I had her permission) I posted the vehicle on
LetGo, started talking to a girl where I agreed that she could make payments and she came to look at the
car. Upon meeting she was disclosed of all that was wrong with the car, I also set up a Leasing
Agreement Form online from LawDepot.com that stated all that was to happen, e.g. she would cover
insurance, was responsible for repairs, tickets or citations if obtained, and that I had a right to retrieve the
vehicle, how much the car was, and that she would obtain the bill of sale once the car was sold. I never
printed it off or had her sign it, get it notorized or anything because I thought all would be well, we went
through it verbally and she agreed. Shortly after she started complaining about all that needed fixed as if
she had not know about it, and she was told and even test drove it. The first payment she came over
saying that I was spamming her phone, and getting angry at me for all that needed fixed when I was
informing her that I would be leaving eventually so she didn’t miss me, and she was previously told of all
that needed repaired. I knocked off the repair price from the purchase price to shut her up, which is
practically paying for it which I wasn’t going to do. Her first payment was $200. Next thing I know, I found
out that she came to my house banging on the door, yelling at my roommates saying she demands
reliable transportation when the car has been repaired, she keeps jumpstarting it when the battery is new,
and has in general been really dense and conflicting. I answeed a text form her that said that if I wanted
her to keep paying for the car that I needed to take it back and get it fixed. Again, either she’s breaking the
vehicle down to come up with more problems, or her mechanic didn’t do his job. I told her that if she
wanted that that it would take forever before I could afford it, but then she said that it wasn’t anything
major and that she would just buy a new cluster. At this point, I don’t want to sell the car to her if she is
going to be like this. She’s made $390 worth of repairs on the car, and I will compensate her $400 for the
repairs for the trouble and to return the car to me so I can find a suitable person for the vehicle. I just
want to know if this is okay, or if she can clap back with anything against me. The car is in my mother’s
name which of I was able to find a buyer then she said that she would give ther buyer the bill of sale after
purchase. This lady doesn’t have it. I just want to avoid trouble.

Okay thank you. I was just worried because I would never know if there would be some loophole or something. I wanted to sell it to her but she's being quite argumentative.
