Can u interchange a pickup module
from a Ford E150 econoline van 6
cylinder and a 1985 E150 van 8
cylinder

Are you talking about an engine control unit/module (ECU / ECM?) Compare their part numbers and see if same one was used in both. You would still need to reflash a new module. My guess is they are not going to be compatible but I don't have any repairs guides or part numbers to look at.
