2006 Toyota Highlander engine and VSC lights went on after we were in a thunderstorm and hitting a puddle. Well, instructions were to check the tightness of the gas cap, check hoses and if all else fails, disconnect the negative battery cable for 15 seconds. It works!!!!! Thanks for your help.
