You look for the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each email who responded to your CarGurus ad. I know. It's a hassle, but you signed up for individual responses. A faster way is to check-mark each email in your email list and then tell your email-server that they are "junk" or "phishing scams" or "spam" OR better yet to "BLOCK" them. The downside of blocking is that if you use an ad in the future for a car, those particular dealers will not be able to contact you at the same email address you used for the original ad.
