My AC is not working on my on my 89 f150 it  
blows but don't get cold air compressor clutch
won't kick in but what can I do to figure it out the
cheapest and fastest way

LOW Freon prevents a compressor from engaging. Visit a competent Tech not just the "corner $19.99 place".. On a 27 year old vehicle (R12) it's not always cheap to RESTORE a AC system now (R134A) in 1994 on vehicles sold in the USA Regards
