car not running right

I have a 2000 Mazda 66th and it seems like only
the front cylinder and firing and not the back ones
when I pull the spark plugs in the front the motor
died for them in the back and it still runs the same
any ideas

check compression make sure compression is same across all cylinders..change plugs and wires..
