I am considering buying a 2004 Chevolet, Cavalier, 4, syl. sedan with 117,000 miles. Selling as "good condition" car for $4,650. Is that too much?

2004 Chevrolet, 4 syl. 4 door, 117,000 miles.  Asking price:  4650. Selling as "good condition".  Is this 4650 reasonable selling price?  It has good tires, but paint job isn't perfect.   What is reasonable selling price?
