how do i tighten my catalytic converter bolts on my '97 spyder eclipse?

Odd question? Why would they be loose in the first place? If you don't wanna deal with it, go to a muffler shop and let them do it. Cost of the lift maybe $5.00-10.00 and just tip the technician.
