What do you think is the problem?

Thank you for response I see the shift tube is broken.but on
the trans i can manually shift it into reverse and neutral and
park but not drive do u think in the trans there is problem as
well

If you can't get it into drive, yes, it could be. Have the vehicle towed to a decent transmission or regular auto shop who can inspect the damage and offer a repair.
