Dodge van doors interchangeable 1977 and 1979

I'm not able to find Side cargo door seals for my
1979 dodge b300 camper van. Are there any other
years that are interchangeable. Any ideas or leads?
Need help....been searching far too long now Any
suggestions. Thanks

Have you looked at the generic cut to fit ones? On an old ride like yours might be your only option.
