Modified trucks don't fetch a good price. In fact they are usually worth a lot less than a clean, stock truck. You may not like it but that is life.

Who are you, you must have your head in black hole. All the trucks you do find that have been modified professionally run from $10,000 to $30,000 more than stock. Apparently you have never looked online or been to a car/truck show. Sorry to tell you, but you and CarGurus are wrong, they are a lot better places to advertize.

I am telling you the way it is. What you like in a truck is what other people may not like. All those mods don't translate into selling prices. Yours is the typical attitude of those who think all that stuff was an "investment" which it is not. Buying a new truck with dealer mods off the showroom floor is another thing. Go head and hold out for a high price but I watch ads all the time and trucks with heavy mods just sit there until the owner gives up and drops the price. Good luck, you will need it.
