How to find good friendly dealers that I can pay cash for vehicle

I am during my research now and plan on buying a new or used truck that will
be a 2019 or 2020 starting in September, I have read a lot of reviews that
some dealers are not friendly to buyers that pay cash for there vehicle and
not finance with them, just want some advice how to weed these dealers out.

There is no list of dealers who play nice. All dealers will accept cash, you just have to be strong and force the issue. I know the finance team gets upset, but like everyone else, they want to make money. So let them know you want a sale as a cash sale or they have no sale.

In doing as TDolby suggested, firm up the price you will pay first. Otherwise you may not get the dealer's "best" price and they will build the finance profit into your sale price anyway by not negotiating as low as they might on a financed deal.
