Why don't CarGurus put
the costs in the terms for
selling a car how can you
expect someone to agree
to your terms when you
leave out important facts
in the terms? Not well !!

Use can click on the Help and Contact Us links for more information. The Terms of Use also has information about the use of this site. But I do agree with you that it isn't the most user friendly.
