Is financing possible?

I let my DL expire and I have to take the test over.No one
wants to let me use their car so I figured I should get my
own.With that being said, can I finance a vehicle without a
license?

If you are in the state of New York you are required to have a drivers licence to register the car , with that said you can also purchase the car and have it registered in someone else name until you get your drivers licence .

Most lending institutions will require a DL to take out a loan. Take an uber in the meantime.
