Listing access link is not allowing updates and IMV methodology?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

1. I cannot access my for sale auto listing on CarGurus to modify the description or add a couple additional photos.  The link simply spins and never allows access?
2. I don't understand how CarGurus can list a comparable 2007 Ford Freestyle Limited vehicle with 109,796 miles with an IMV of $6,120 versus my 2007 Ford Freestyle Limited with 76,098 miles with an IMV of $4,758?

IMV is a computer program that factors in miles, model, options, location etc etc. You cannot expect to get dealer prices!
