Where do you go to put in a complaint against a dealer

I had to return a truck to the dealer as I gave him a $ 2,000 down payment, but the truck will need $3,050.75 in repairs. He wrote me a check for the $2,000 and I went to his bank to cash it but there was a block he put on it.Now he has the truck back and I can't get my money back, the guy is a very bad dealer and shouldn't be able to go through Car Gurus as he is a fraud.

I bought a yukon denali from Capital City Auto, the AC worked for 100 miles, I asked them about it they said it had been thoroughly gone through by a certified mechanic and it probably needed Freon. I spent $184 for freon and it lasted 100 miles again. I took it to a highly respected mechanic who put it on the rack and said it is very complicated and expensive to fix and by the way the entire undercarriage has been painted to cover all the rust. when I spoke to the dealer he said "are you threatening me" If these are the dealers CarGurus works with they will not be in business long because these things have a way of biting one in the butt

I was only looking at GWagons. This guy named Dave sent me a message about a GWagon. "Get your money ready before contacing me". I asked him to not contact me and the smart A** wrote back. It is Best you are too sensitive. He had the nerve to write back. If he keep up that silly attitude many will seek other ways to purchase cars.

Car studios is where I went to view a car I wanted really bad. A Volvo listed for 8400. But Kal haggled a little and then said $7000. Out the door so I was very excited then I test drove it and loved it but when we returned Kal said he calculated wrong and it was $9400. So I said," but you said $7000. Before I left and that's when he stood up and began yelling at me and my 75 year old aunt so we left. He sucks. I have the money for the car and the car is still for sale. I am so bummed out.

I purchased this vehicle on September 13 I purchase a two-year extended warranty they have my car. They have furnish me a either a loaner nor a rental car and it’s 13 days that they have my vehicle they’re not honoring the rental and they’re making me wait with no car where is my recourse?
