2006 subaru outback wagon

My subaru is throwing a code for a misfire in
engine 3&4. While driving it will hold steady at the
rpms but not allow me to accelerate at all. Nothing
happens when I hit the gas. I pull over and the
engine revs, I shut it down. When I start again it
takes a minute then turns over. It's also just started
idiling rough. I just replaced the timing belt, coil
pack, feul injectors and spark plugs.

You may need new spark plug wires. Is there oil in the spark plug wells?
