Will a motor from a 1994 Dodge Dakota 3.9  fit in
my 1999 Dodge Dakota  3.9 and if so what do I
need to change over

I doubt this will work as the 94 engine is OBD1 and the 99 truck is OBD2. Can't say if it is possible to swap over enough stuff to make the old engine work with your newer ECU.
