I’m in Phoenix AZ I like a car on Car Guru but
it’s listed by a private person not a dealership
and it’s in another state (Pennsylvania) how
can I buy it and have it shipped? Can you
help me

Cargurus does not help with shipping. You will need to work with an auto shipper and the seller to get the shipper to pick it up and deliver it to you. How are you doing the inspection? Flying out or having a third party company inspect it, like lemonsquad? My guess it will run you around $1000 to ship it. Is the car that special?

You can have it shipped, but you'd have to pay for a car shipper to move it for you. Perhaps you could work out something with the seller to work it into the price partially or something? If you're curious about the cost of shipping or other aspects of it, look up the website a1 auto transport. They have a lot of information and will give you a free estimate if you want an idea of the cost.
